About the Opportunity

AssuranceAmerica is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative at our Atlanta headquarters in Cobb Galleria.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in sales and the insurance industry. We're looking for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact on business growth.

In this role, you'll work directly with Bud Stumbaugh, Co-Founder of AssuranceAmerica, to strengthen relationships with our existing insurance agency partners and help drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of approximately 300 non/low producing insurance agencies currently appointed with AssuranceAmerica.
• Conduct proactive outbound phone calls to reconnect with insurance agents who are currently inactive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Identify opportunities to reengage agents and encourage them to write insurance policies with AssuranceAmerica.
• Communicate the value of AssuranceAmerica's products, services, and agency partnerships.
• Track outreach activities, agent engagement, and sales progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address agent questions and support business growth.
• Meet established outreach, engagement, and production goals.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple agency relationships.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve results.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and develop sales expertise.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
