Job Summary
To gauge set outs from lehr to determine that glass meets customer specification and inspect packed ware to determine that ware meets specified AQL level. Locate and hold any pallets that do not meet specified criteria. Responsible for all quality aspects for their assigned service line.MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Typical Duties
Individuals will work a swing shift / rotating shift work involves working 7 consecutive days of an 8am-4pm shift followed by 3 days off, then working 7 consecutive days of a 12mid-8am shift followed by 2 days off and then working 7 consecutive days of a 4pm-12mid shift followed by two days off and then starting back on the 8-4 shift. This amounts to working 21 days with 7 days off in a 28-day cycle.
Previous quality inspector experience is required.
