Insurance Agency Owner-North Carolina

Job Description

Start your own agency. Start strong with Allstate.
This is a business ownership opportunity — not employment with Allstate. You own the on-site agency, operate independently and build equity from day one.

Looking to own and operate your own business backed by a nationally recognized brand? As an Allstate® agency owner, you can build a thriving business while maintaining control over your time, income and future. This is more than an ownership opportunity — it’s a chance to make an impact in your community and help neighbors protect what matters most. Make the entrepreneurial leap and start strong with Allstate.
Agency Ownership Advantages:
• 100% equity ownership
• Recurring revenue from policy renewals
• Robust commission and bonus opportunities
• Support from a nationally recognized brand, including ongoing education and advanced technology to run and grow your business
• 49+ product lines from Allstate and its affiliates

How You’ll Lead as Business Owner:
• Lead and grow your agency through sales, service and community engagement
• Hire, train and manage your team based on your business needs
• Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Develop local marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention
• Manage daily operations, performance, and compliance as a business owner

What Makes a Strong Agency Owner:
• Motivational leaders who inspire teams
• Entrepreneurial thinkers who innovate and drive growth
• Strong relationship builders who earn customer trust
• Adaptable problem solvers comfortable navigating change
• Ethical, ambitious owners committed to long term success

Licensing & Requirements:
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (support available)
• Series 6/63 licenses optional
• Must operate from an on site agency space
• Startup capital required (varies by market)

Why Allstate?
Allstate is committed to your success, with tools, guidance and resources every step of the way. As an Allstate agency owner, you’ll start strong with licensing support, ongoing education and proven growth strategies to help your agency thrive. Plus, you’ll offer a full line of trusted products customers rely on — helping you build lasting relationships and a business with real impact.
