Reports to: Spiritual Care Manager
Education: Master of Divinity, Master of Theology, Master of
Pastoral Counseling or Master of Arts in Religion, or equivalent.
Certification: Certification by Association of Professional Chaplains,
National Association of Catholic Chaplains, National Association of Jewish Chaplains, Spiritual Care Association, or Certification eligible and obtain certification within two years of hire.
Experience: At least four Units of Clinical Pastoral Education.
Skills & Knowledge: Active listening, empathy, ability to identify spiritual needs and respond to them effectively; knowledge of spiritual care tools for self and others
