Help build a smarter employee experience at Prologis. During this 10–12 week internship, you will contribute to a digital communications project focused on making information across Prologis’ employee intranet clearer, better organized and easier to find. At the end of the summer, you will present your work and recommendations to communications and technology leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct a structured audit of content and resources across Prologis’ employee intranet.

• Analyze employee feedback and intranet analytics to identify outdated, duplicate or hard-to-find information and gaps in the search experience.

• Translate employee insights and audit findings into clear recommendations for improving how intranet content is organized, shared and maintained.

• Partner with Internal Communications, IT and content owners to make approved updates in SharePoint.

• Explore approved AI-enabled search tools to enhance the intranet search experience.

• Present completed improvements and recommendations for continued intranet and search enhancements.
