Conducting regular cycle counts and supporting monthly full physical stock takes, submitting variance reports within agreed SLAs, and performing root-cause analysis on recurring stock discrepancies
Managing all stock returns including batteries receiving, assessing, and recording returned units by condition, and overseeing the full refurbishment lifecycle from return receipt through quality assessment to re-entry into available stock
Managing free trial and loaner bike inventory, tracking allocation, return dates, condition, and system status for all units in this category
Ensuring timely and accurate receipting of all Purchase Orders in D365 and maintaining complete inventory transaction documentation including goods received notes, delivery notes, transfer records, variance reports, and reconciliation schedules
Reporting daily on stock movements, variances, and open items, generating and analysing inventory reports from the ERP, and recommending process improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency
