Our teams thrive on various backgrounds and interests, united by your curiosity about the world and a desire to learn. Whether you’re a philosopher or mathematician, a politics graduate, or a career changer, you can find a career with us.
As an Investment Research Analyst, your role will primarily be research-based, analysing company investment opportunities to help clients achieve their desired financial objectives. During the programme, you’ll complete year-long placements across our autonomous investment teams. Each team has its own distinct approach and investment philosophy, but they share one purpose: to deliver positive long-term returns for our clients. These include councils, pension funds and governments, all working to meet their important income and savings goals.
From the moment that you join us, you’ll follow a clear career path towards a long-term role in investment research. Our training will help you build the tools, techniques and mental models needed to identify investment opportunities in companies around the world. You’ll learn through a combination of structured development, practical experience and consistent support from dedicated investment mentors and buddies. Your role often involves visiting companies, speaking to global experts or attending conferences.
