Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – IR (Applied HVAC)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – IR (Applied) with a strong background in Applied HVAC systems (Chillers). The candidate will support end-to-end execution of industrial refrigeration / applied HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end execution of IR / Applied HVAC (Chiller) projects
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities
• Work closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Support in resource planning, billing, and documentation
• Handle site coordination and execution support
• Assist in project closure, handover, and post-completion activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Applied HVAC / IR projects (Chillers mandatory)
• Strong exposure to project execution and site coordination
• Hands-on experience in installation, testing & commissioning of chiller systems
• Good understanding of industrial refrigeration / applied HVAC systems
• Strong client coordination and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial / manufacturing / large-scale HVAC projects
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
