- Guide the business direction and functional roadmap for key ISM platforms such as Outage Assistant, Leankor, TrueContext, and related Salesforce-connected capabilities, advising IT and business stakeholders so platform priorities are aligned with operational needs, policy objectives, team capacity, and service execution outcomes.
- Serve as the recognized functional subject matter expert for how ISM platforms support outage, upgrade installation, repair, planning, scheduling, field service, resource management, documentation, and execution processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between business teams and IT to define, prioritize, and validate business requirements, enhancement backlogs, user stories, process standards, release content, and acceptance criteria, using judgment to assess information quality, ask pertinent questions, and recommend practical solutions.
- Set direction for the team by translating business and platform priorities into clear team objectives, work plans, governance routines, escalation paths, and measurable outcomes, while balancing workload, capability needs, and stakeholder expectations.
- Act as the primary business counterpart to IT for Outage Assistant, Leankor, TrueContext, Field Service Lightning, and other ISM capabilities, building strong working relationships between application support, digital delivery, product teams, process owners, and end users to support platform stability, support model effectiveness, defect resolution, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with adjacent platform and process owners, including Method team and EDMS, Outage Optimization and GFSK/One Click, EHS and Gensuite, Quality and PowerNow, and Tooling Center and ETM, to align integration requirements, cross-system workflows, roadmaps, data handoffs, issue resolution, and end-to-end user experience.

- Manage the business side of the sprint and release cycle by confirming priorities with stakeholders, clarifying acceptance criteria, supporting sprint reviews, validating delivered functionality, coordinating business sign-off, and ensuring releases are ready for operational use.
- Ensure ISM platform design, configuration, and releases support a connected operating model with one team, one data set, and one platform-enabled execution flow from opportunity handover through close-out by using platform usage data, process indicators, incident trends, user feedback, and business priorities to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and lead business validation, user acceptance, cutover readiness, release communication, hypercare, and knowledge transfer in partnership with IT and business teams.
- Attract, engage, coach, and retain talent by providing regular feedback, mentoring team members through complex platform and stakeholder challenges, supporting capability building, and fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
- Track platform value realization by defining expected benefits, monitoring adoption and usage, assessing process impact, and escalating risks that could affect productivity, schedule predictability, system reliability, cost control, or user readiness.
- Advise on recommendations related to platform scope, configuration, integration priorities, user experience, data standards, enhancement trade-offs, and release timing, ensuring decisions are made collaboratively with IT and business teams and grounded in real outage, upgrade, repair, field execution, quality, EHS, tooling, documentation, and optimization needs.
- Own structured communication and regular stakeholder updates for ISM platform changes, including roadmap, sprint progress, release calendar, new functionality, process impacts, user actions, training needs, support channels, adoption, performance, release readiness, risks, issues, and value realization, ensuring key users, regional and segment representatives, end users, business and functional leadership, IT partners, and other key stakeholders understand impacts and required operating behaviors while using data-driven insights to support shared decisions and recommendations.
