Job Summary:
Leads the operational execution of approved technology initiatives by coordinating implementation activities, schedules, cross functional collaboration, production readiness, deployment planning, and operational transition to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. The position is accountable for execution performance and operational readiness outcomes and does not manage business relationships, portfolio prioritization, technology strategy, demand management, business consulting, or long term planning.Job Description:
Serves as a subject matter expert by leading approved technology initiatives to ensure successful delivery from initiation through closure.
Develops integrated implementation plans to establish clear milestones, resource needs, schedules, and delivery structure.
Coordinates cross-functional execution activities to ensure alignment across Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, OT, Architecture, Enterprise Services, PMO, and vendors.
Manages delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to maintain continuity across the execution lifecycle.
Monitors project performance against approved schedules to identify variances and drive timely corrective actions.
Oversees production releases and deployment sequencing to secure orderly implementation and cutover execution.
Validates operational readiness prior to deployment to confirm support preparedness, documentation completion, and training effectiveness.
Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
