At Sandvik Ground Support, we are looking for an IT Digital Applications Delivery Support professional to join our Global IT team.
This hands-on support role is designed for a developing IT applications professional who has gained practical ERP support experience and is ready to take the next step in a global organisation. Working alongside experienced global colleagues, you will support day-to-day operations, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help users get the best from our digital tools.
Primarily supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will play an important role in delivering reliable, secure and user-friendly digital solutions that support our operations across the business. You'll also gain exposure to application integrations, business process automation (BPA) platforms, business intelligence (BI) solutions and enterprise system security, providing a broad foundation for continued professional growth. This role requires occasional travel of up to 25% to support business projects, training initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities

You are a proactive and service-focused applications professional who can translate technical information into clear, practical guidance. You enjoy working with people at all levels of an organisation and bring a structured, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
You will ideally have:
ITIL Foundation certification would be advantageous but is not essential
