Whether you’re finishing school, beginning your IT career, or bringing years of hands-on experience, we’d like to hear from you. Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity, printer, and other common technology issues.
Set up and configure computers, install software, and assist with device imaging, system rebuilds, and user data transfers.
Help employees with mobile devices, conference room technology, and audiovisual equipment.
Assist with user accounts, access requests, and routine Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administrative tasks, following established approvals and security procedures.
Track, prioritize, and document support requests, keep employees informed, and coordinate with other IT team members when issues require additional support.
Assist with device support and deployment using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE.
Document solutions, identify recurring problems, and suggest ways to improve support.
Recognize and escalate suspected security issues according to established procedures.
Partner with Systems Administrators and Engineers on IT projects, taking on additional responsibilities as your skills develop.

What You’ll Bring

Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting gained through education, certifications, hands-on projects, or work experience.
Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
A customer-focused approach, patience, and a willingness to help employees with different levels of technical knowledge.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to organize work as priorities change.
The ability to work independently, ask questions when needed, and collaborate with a team.
An interest in learning new technologies and developing your IT skills.

An associate degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant training, certifications, and equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. Previous professional IT experience is welcome but is not required.

Helpful Experience—Not Required

This position is based in Pineville, Louisiana. Occasional travel and limited overtime are required.

At Crest, people are our It factor. Join a team where you can help others, contribute your ideas, and continue building your technical skills.

We know how difficult it is to manage change and solve problems. Continuous improvement is hard work. Founded in 1958, we’ve seen our share of struggles. We’ve failed. We’ve learned and we’ve adapted. We will continue to grow and evolve to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs. To do this, there are three forces that we leverage that will not change: Our Solid Foundation, Innovation, and The Right People. When we bring these three forces together, we get a forward movement. Our logo reflects our respect for the past and our legacy but also supports where our industries are going.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE

We hire people who share our values and we put the right people in the right seats, with the skill sets that fit our customers’ challenges and we work hard to develop our people. Our people come to work because it feels like home, no matter where they are from. We place each other above egos because, at Crest, our coworkers are like your family. And like family, we believe in honest and clear communication so that the path towards our customers’ success is a united effort.
