MSS Security is a leading Australian security services provider, with employees and operations across the country. We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide day-to-day support to our people across the business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping people and finding practical solutions to IT issues.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide first and second-level IT support to internal employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues
• Respond to and manage IT service requests through the service desk
• Set up and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment
• Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows and business applications
• Manage user access, accounts and permissions
• Escalate more complex technical issues when required
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and support documentation
• Work with the wider IT team to improve systems, processes and the user experience

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in an IT support, service desk or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded
