The IT System Administrator II
Administers assigned enterprise infrastructure systems and platforms.
Maintains system performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
Implements system updates, upgrades, configuration changes, and enhancements in accordance with established change management processes.
Manages user account provisioning, access controls, and system configurations.
Supports system integrations and cross-functional technical initiatives.
Performs root cause analysis and develops corrective action plans for recurring issues.
Develops and maintains technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
Provides guidance and technical support to junior team members as appropriate.
Participates in on-call rotation and supports after-hours coverage as required.
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related technical experience required.
Licensure/Certification: Relevant technical certifications preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently on assigned systems. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation Range:
$69,721.60 - $104,582.40Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
