IT Technical Support Team Leader
We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented IT Technical Support Team Leader to join our Information Technology group at Enstone. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically capable and highly motivated IT professional. Combining technical expertise with people leadership, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support service.

The Role
This role is responsible for leading the 2nd Line IT Service Desk team, driving performance, supporting individual development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage escalations, coordinate team workloads, and provide project support to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing IT initiatives. This role covers the implementation, management, maintenance, improvement and ownership for most of our systems including onsite servers, clients, and cloud resources.
