As an ITFM - Sr. Associate Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, developing transformative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and revolutionize industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's overall business strategies and client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Managing and inspiring teams to navigate complex situations and deliver quality work
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software development processes
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain software quality and performance
- Implementing enterprise application architecture and integration to support scalable solutions
- Applying analytical thinking and business requirements analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing advanced skills in Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
- Excelling in Application Development and Software Design methodologies

- Leveraging experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
