At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions.
With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy.
We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.
We are looking for a Master AI Developer who views Artificial Intelligence not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for redefining how software is built. You won't just be writing code; you will be leading a dedicated cell responsible for the entire lifecycle of new features using AI agents—from refining high-level requirements to building the underlying infrastructure, deploying, and monitoring.
End-to-End Ownership: Analyze and refine high-level business requirements, transforming them into robust technical architectures.
AI Orchestration & Evolution: Design, develop, and evolve AI agents and frameworks that automate complex workflows. You are expected to keep these agents "alive" and improve them.
International Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients. Advanced/Fluent English is non-negotiable.
Full-Stack Engineering: Build, maintain, and scale the backend and frontend components that house your AI solutions.
Automated Reliability: Implement comprehensive testing automation and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-velocity, low-risk deployments.
Innovation & Productivity: Proactively research and propose new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can accelerate team productivity and product performance.
Proven Full-Stack Experience: Significant experience in professional software development. You should be equally comfortable in the Backend (Python/Node.js/Go), Frontend (React/Next.js), and Database design.
DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Testing Rigor: Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E) specifically applied to non-deterministic AI outputs.
AI Expertise: Deep experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems (MAS).
Agentic Frameworks and tools: Proven experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools like Claude Code and Codex for building autonomous agents.
Agile Mindset: Comfort leading in a fast-paced, iterative environment where the "dedicated cell" model thrives.
We don’t want someone who just follows a ticket. We want an architect of productivity. You should be a seasoned engineer who understands that an AI agent is only as good as the pipeline it runs on. If you are the type of developer who constantly asks, "How can we use an agent to do this faster?" while ensuring the CI/CD remains green, you are the one we are looking for.
