- Investigate issues involving relational and non-relational databases, including data access and persistence using Spring Data and JPA.
- Troubleshoot asynchronous communication and messaging integrations using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Implement bug fixes, code improvements, and preventive solutions to enhance application stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito to validate fixes and reduce regression risks.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and other support teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.
- Support application deployment and CI/CD processes, working with technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Document technical investigations, solutions, and recurring issues to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Must-have:
- Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Experience in application support, production troubleshooting, or maintenance of backend systems, preferably in L3 support environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience analyzing application logs, monitoring system behavior, and investigating performance issues.

- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, including JUnit and Mockito.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, and software engineering best practices.
- Understanding of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
