Who We Are & What We’re Building
At Goodwin, we build tech for companies that sell private charter flights. We work with charter brokers who manage client relationships, price trips, secure aircraft owned by operators, and keep complex itineraries moving under constant time pressure. Much of that work still depends on manual coordination across emails, spreadsheets, and phone calls, especially when matching client requests with the right aircraft.
Our tech gives brokers clearer visibility, faster workflows, and better control over their day-to-day work, so they can serve clients confidently as their businesses grow. In a detail-driven, high-responsibility industry where judgment matters and mistakes are costly, it helps reduce friction and brings clarity to complex charter workflows.
Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with distributed talent across the US, Goodwin is on a fast-growth trajectory as we redefine private aviation technology from the ground up.
