We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

We’re hiring a Junior eCommerce Web Developer at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

EquipmentShare is seeking a Junior eCommerce Web Developer (Front-End) to join our eCommerce team. This role is a great opportunity for an early-career developer to grow their front-end development and UX skills while contributing to real, customer-facing projects.

  • Assist with ensuring cross-browser compatibility and compliance with accessibility guidelines.

  Collaboration & Learning

  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver quality solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve technical skills.
  • Ask questions and seek assistance proactively when facing unfamiliar problems.
  • Take ownership of smaller, well-defined tasks and grow into larger project ownership over time.
