This role is designed to be a hands on, growth focused position for someone ready to build their craft on real client work, with plenty of support along the way.

About the opportunity
As a Junior Designer in our Product Design discipline, you will have the opportunity to work across a mix of website, app, and loyalty program work for large enterprise brands. Your primary role is to contribute to our client's design system, using strong Figma skills and good visual craft to bring ideas to life. An important part of your role is also to build your own sense of design taste, using AI as a thought partner rather than a shortcut, and to grow into presenting your own work with more ownership over time.
