Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows - helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and adoption. We build a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps companies put AI to work across their entire organization. From chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and our API, we give teams the tools to augment and automate their work.
We apply the same ambition internally. We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes.
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help Langdock grow through better commercial insights and stronger processes. You’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to understand what drives revenue, improve reporting and planning, and make handovers, renewals, and billing work better. Working with Data and GTM Engineering, you’ll turn operational bottlenecks into practical improvements and own them from the first idea through to adoption.
Own and improve commercial processes. Define clear responsibilities, CRM standards, and handovers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships—from the first lead through renewals and expansion.
Turn commercial data into useful insights. Use our shared data foundation to understand pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. Build practical reports and dashboards that help teams decide what to do next.
Keep revenue and billing consistent. Work with Finance and Data to clarify definitions, investigate discrepancies, and improve the processes behind accurate revenue tracking and billing.
Support commercial planning. Bring the analysis and operational context behind forecasts, targets, account prioritization, and commission structures. Help teams understand their progress and where they need to act.
Find and address growth bottlenecks. Work closely with commercial teams to understand where deals stall, handovers break down, or expansion opportunities get missed. Test ideas and turn findings into concrete improvements.
Make everyday work more efficient. Identify opportunities to use Langdock agents, CRM integrations, and automation to reduce repetitive work. Partner with Data and GTM Engineering to turn requirements into working solutions and make sure teams adopt them.
Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial analytics at a B2B SaaS company.
A strong understanding of sales funnels, recurring revenue, billing, renewals, expansion, and forecasting.
Confidence working with SQL, BI tools, and CRM systems such as HubSpot to investigate questions and validate numbers.
Experience designing processes across teams, clarifying responsibilities, and getting people to adopt changes.
The ability to turn an ambiguous business question into a clear analysis, process improvement, or technical requirement.
Calm urgency. We move fast without chaos. We stay calm, fix what matters, and avoid unnecessary noise. We focus on solutions rather than complaints and make sure sleep, health, and sports keep our decision-making sharp.
Ambitious execution. We love building fast and with ownership. We aim to be the most productive company in the world. Learning, shipping, and improving bring us joy. Everyone is expected to ask questions, take initiative, and deliver reliably.
Caring ownership. We care deeply: about each other, customers, and the world around us. We act with empathy, sincerity, and long-term thinking. And we have fun along the way while spending time in the office together.
We work from our Berlin office at Greifswalder Straße 212, where all of us work together in person, surrounded by people building AI products and infrastructure every day. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.
Days start at 8:30. Lunch and dinner are catered in the office. We look after ourselves, run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves—gym membership and coaching resources are part of the standard package. Health is not separate from work here; it is part of how we work well.
The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.
Salaries are transparent and tied to levels, not negotiation. All roles include equity.
We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process.
We move fast, and most hiring processes finish within two weeks.
If this sounds like your kind of work, we would love to meet you.
