• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• Based in São Paulo — hybrid model, with in-person client visits.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, leading large and complex Enterprise client relationships, with proven cross-selling and upselling results in an existing portfolio.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making, negotiations, and client strategy.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-level audiences.
• Ability to identify root causes and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple clients/projects concurrently with strong attention to detail.
• Able to analyze and improve current processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a fast-moving global business environment.
