Job Description:
As a Labor Planning & Analytics Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping Southwest’s labor negotiation strategy by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll analyze labor contracts, benchmark industry pay scales, and assess competitive practices across airlines to inform negotiation proposals and long‑term labor planning. Partnering closely with Labor Relations and cross‑functional Teams, you’ll build analytical models, evaluate cost impacts, and synthesize findings into compelling presentations that support decision‑making at all levels of Leadership. With a strong understanding of the airline industry and labor landscape, you’ll help ensure Southwest enters negotiations with the insights, strategy, and confidence needed to achieve balanced, sustainable outcomes.

Pay & Benefits
• Competitive market salary from $114,200 per year to $152,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
