Job Overview
The Lead Patient Service Center Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Patient Service Representative staff by providing guidance and direction as needed daily. The Lead’s responsibilities may include the role of the Patient Service Coordinator I and II, as well as filling in for the Supervisors when the Supervisors are unavailable. In addition, the Lead handles escalations as needed, participates in focus groups for strategic initiatives, and facilitates staff meetings and trainings. The Lead serves as a leader amongst their peers. Lastly, the Lead can handle all incoming queues as well as patient outreach and insurance verification, outbound calls, patient registration, and resolving general patient inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
High school Diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Four years of experience preferred working in a customer service environment where a lead service/support role was primarily performed.
Compensation
$27.25 - $31.97 hourlyCompensation Disclaimer
