The RoleAs a Lead Editor, you’ll be the creative anchor of your pod. You’ll set the visual standard, guide editors toward stronger work, and help turn campaign strategy into high-performing creative. You’ll still be close to the craft, especially on high-priority campaigns, but your impact will go beyond your own edits.
Your feedback will shape the quality of the team. Your judgment will influence how work gets made. And your leadership will help editors improve faster and make better creative decisions. You’ll also work closely with Creative Directors on team performance, workflow improvements, and your own growth as a leader.
