Objective of the position
In this role, you will provide project-level leadership for the Electronics Design team in Tallinn. The team is responsible for developing hardware solutions for vehicle electronics, including PCB-based electronic systems and optical solutions. One of the key products the team works with is MirrorEye, a camera-based system that replaces traditional vehicle mirrors with cameras and in-cabin displays.
You will coordinate the team’s (3-5 people) work across projects, help set technical priorities, and make sure engineers have the support and direction they need to deliver their work. You will also follow project progress, quality, costs and deadlines.
At the same time, this is a hands-on role. You will stay involved in hardware development and work closely with engineers from different disciplines to turn customer and product requirements into practical technical solutions.
