The Lead Delivery Engineer role enables successful deployment, integration, and operational stability of network assurance solutions. This position combines deep technical delivery expertise with advanced troubleshooting across complex telecom environments. The role contributes to high-quality customer outcomes by bridging solution implementation and advanced support capabilities.
How you will make an impact:
• Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of network assurance solutions.
• Translate architectural designs into deployable configurations across network environments.
• Perform deep troubleshooting across IP/MPLS networks and associated applications.
• Execute L3 support activities including root cause analysis and defect isolation.
• Deploy and validate assurance and analytics platforms in production environments.
• Develop test plans and troubleshooting procedures to support validation cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product improvements and stability.
The must haves:
• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years with Background in telecom/OSS assurance delivery roles.
• Application of IP/MPLS technologies including ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting across network, system, and application layers.
• Utilization of Linux/Unix systems and scripting with Python.
• Application of database technologies including PostgreSQL or ClickHouse.
• Utilization of container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Nice to haves:
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Application of telemetry protocols including NetFlow, SNMP, Syslog.
• Knowledge of Kafka or streaming systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Certifications: Networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE).
• Experience in L2/L3 production support.
