The Role
As a Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using C# and React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. This position requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for developing scalable and efficient software solutions.

LLM Skills: Hands-on experience building AI agents with Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), as well as tuning models.
AI Tools: Hands-on with AI-driven development tools, intelligent code assistance, and workflow automation. Tools like Github Copilot, Cursor. Claude Code is Plus.
