Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum Experience:
Typically requires 10+ years of experience in product sustainability, product environmental compliance, systems engineering, product stewardship, regulated product development, or a related technical field.
Experience in medical device, electronics, industrial, automotive, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.

Six Sigma Green Belt
Preferred Skills:
Restricted Substance List & compliance (BOMcheck);
LCA & product carbon footprint;
QMS & PLM systems (SAP, Windchill);
Sustainability regulations (REACH, CSRD, TSCA, Prop 65, PPWR);
Supplier compliance data management; and
Sustainability reporting basics.
Effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, ability to meet time-bound deliverables, and independent working
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
