About the FCA and team
We regulate financial services firms in the UK, to keep financial markets fair, thriving and effective. By joining us, you’ll play a key part in protecting consumers, driving economic growth and shaping the future of financial services in the UK.
SPC oversees firms and individuals (supervision), creates and reviews the rules by which they operate (policy) and identifies and remedies ineffective competition in markets (competition).
The Technology, Resilience and Cyber (TRC) Department is recruiting two Lead Associates to work on technology and cyber resilience matters across regulated firms. TRC assesses firms' current and planned use of technology, identifies potential risks and promotes good practice across the sector. Working closely with supervision teams and regulatory partners, the department leads reviews of high-impact firms, provides specialist knowledge across the FCA and helps build the resilience, security and effectiveness of the UK financial system.
