As the AI Learning Delivery and Program Lead within our AI Learning team, you will ensure AI learning is launched smoothly, tracked accurately, and continuously improved. You’ll run the operational backbone across programs (from Foundations through to role-based journeys and immersive experiences), ensuring learning is easy to access, well-governed, measurable, and kept current as tools and policies evolve.
You will partner closely with Learning Experience & Design, Learning Operations, Technology, Risk/Compliance, Insights & Data and Lines of Service to coordinate delivery logistics, maintain the learning ecosystem (Growth Centre, SharePoint, Viva Engage), and provide clear reporting to leaders on completion, participation and engagement. You’ll also support skills assessments and learning content governance, helping create a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the firm.
