Als Leiter*in Logistik / Lead Supply Chain Management (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle an unserem Produktionsstandort in Eppingen-Richen. GROPYUS entwickelt und produziert innovative Holz-Hybrid-Module für die serielle und nachhaltige Bauweise. Damit unsere Module termingerecht, effizient und in höchster Qualität gefertigt und ausgeliefert werden können, braucht es eine leistungsfähige und resiliente Supply Chain.
In dieser strategischen Führungsposition verantwortest du die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung unserer Supply-Chain-Prozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette. Dein oberstes Ziel ist die Sicherstellung einer stabilen Supply Chain im Kontext modularer Bauweisen, um eine zuverlässige Materialversorgung, effiziente Produktionsabläufe und eine termingerechte Belieferung unserer Projekte sicherzustellen.
Dabei führst du ein Team von rund 15 to 20 Mitarbeiter:inenn (5 direkte Berichtslinien) aus den Bereichen Sachbearbeitung, Disposition, Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie Lagermanagement und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik und externen Partnern.
