Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Performance Engineering Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on flagship development programs and play an important role in addressing some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges in Defense.
The Performance role involves design, simulation, and verification of engines/power systems at a whole system level to predict, analyze, and verify whole system attributes which come from the integration of sub-system components.
The role encompasses a wide range of technical activities ranging from development of thermodynamic steady state and transient models, analysis of system level attributes against product goals (both from customers and regulatory authorities), and validation of these attributes through real world physical testing. In addition, the role requires integration skills to allow requirements, data, and product understanding to be gathered and communicated across various stake holders (e.g. internal sub-system and component teams, airframers, regulatory authorities and customers).

Minimum GPA: 3.0
Work authorization eligibility: To be considered, you must also be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance.
Graduation eligibility: Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
