· Identify inefficiencies, recurring errors, and service barriers; implement solutions that improve workflow and business outcomes.
· Monitor work queues, turnaround times, workloads, service levels, and daily team performance; adjust priorities and resources as needed.
· Delegate work effectively and ensure commitments are completed accurately and within established service expectations.
· Troubleshoot complex licensing, contracting, system, or workflow issues and personally manage high-impact escalations when needed.
· Lead or participate in special projects, system enhancements, and department-wide improvement initiatives.

· Track and communicate productivity, quality, service, workload, and operational trends through clear, actionable reporting.
· Keep leadership informed of personnel matters, operational challenges, risks, corrective actions, and performance progress.
· Use data and business insights to recommend process adjustments, resource priorities, and performance improvements.

You are comfortable working in a regulated environment, developing people, using data to guide decisions, and building trust with agents, carriers, and internal partners.
