The role is Local Supply Chain GTM-Facing Lead for ERP Deployment (Project-based).
What you'll be responsible for:
Validates the end-to-end Order to Deliver (OtD), Route to Market (RTM) and Buy to Customer (BtC) processes for the market in Local Design Workshops
Coordinates with other local SMEs across BtC, SC and Commercial functions to ensure a coherent view of the full order cycle and confirm Day 2 target state for GTM facing CS/BtC/OtD, identify required localisations, and escalate any statutory or operational exceptions
Identifies and flags potential gaps in customer service operations, including customer segmentation, credit checks, order blocks, and fulfilment strategies
Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover planning, ensuring all customer-facing supply chain flows are validated and supported
Supports Hypercare by triaging OtD and customer order issues and escalating where required
We're looking for someone who:
Deep understanding of market-specific OtD operations and how the customer journey functions in practice
Familiarity with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), order flows, credit limits, delivery scheduling, and invoice generation is preferred
Strong alignment with customer teams, customer service centre leads, and RTM planners
Able to communicate and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups
