Job Responsibilities
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily basic maintenance checks on the assigned company vehicle and promptly report any faults or defects identified.
- Mail & Parcel Sorting: Perform general sorting and allocation of incoming mails and parcels to ensure accurate and timely distribution.
- Delivery & Collection: Drive company vehicles to deliver and collect mails and parcels (weighing approximately 10–30kg) at designated locations.
- Real-Time Tracking: Use our in-house mobile application to monitor and track delivery and collection activities in real time.
- System Updates: Regularly update delivery and collection statuses in the application to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise with supervisors, customers and relevant stakeholders to address delivery-related enquiries, issues or delays.
- Issue Reporting: Promptly highlight any discrepancies, delays or operational issues to the supervisor for follow-up and resolution.
- Other Duties: Carry out additional operational duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Driving Licence.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English, as the role involves reading English manuals and communicating with customers.
- Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
- Open to Singaporean candidates with or without relevant working experience. Full training will be provided!

- Monthly Basic Salary of $2100
- Vehicle Allowance of $250 for Class 2 vehicle / $350 for Class 3 vehicle
