Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves.
Powerdot operates 7,500+ charging points across 1,200+ stations, the third largest network in Europe. We invest in, deploy, and operate fast-charging stations in France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and Poland — located exclusively in commercial parking lots: supermarkets, shopping centers, and restaurants. We're a pure-play infrastructure provider, and the reliability, cleanliness, and aesthetics of our stations are the cornerstones of our business.
If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. 😎 We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. We're looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.
Don't stop reading, the best part's coming up 👇🏼
What you'll do:
- Visually inspect the charging area, take before-and-after photos, and report any defects found on our internal platform.
- Clean the exterior of the chargers, the charging stations, and their surroundings.
- Replace filters as scheduled.
- Remove damaged or non-compliant stickers and apply standard stickers and signage.
- Reattach or replace protective components and vertical signage (posts, signs), as well as cable mounts.
- Check the charger's mounting and tighten or reattach it as needed (expanding foam, fasteners).
- Test the functionality of the connectors without technical intervention.
- Temporarily secure an area if necessary (cones, barriers).
- Depending on the site: remove graffiti, touch up paint on the ground or on protective elements, and address minor issues related to vegetation.
- Follow internal procedures, perform all required checks, and manage equipment inventory with the logistics team to ensure the preparation and feasibility of each assignment.
Why you'll love it:
- Make a direct impact on the future of sustainable mobility: the condition of our stations is what makes drivers come back to charge with us.
- Enjoy autonomy and variety: work in the field, independently, with a fully equipped vehicle — no two days are the same.
- Explore new regions and see the direct impact of your work on service quality and Powerdot's reputation among users.
- Join a supportive, high-performing operations team that values initiative, learning, and teamwork.
- See your work keep a clean charging station, intact signage, and well-maintained surroundings — the difference that keeps every driver's experience seamless.
What are we looking for:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail — you plan ahead, prepare your routes, and leave nothing to chance.
- Meticulousness — you see each job through to completion and ensure its quality.
- Independence and reliability in the field.
