Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Facility: Steel & Poly Manufacturing
Team: 2–3 Maintenance Colleagues
Greif is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities at our Steel & Poly manufacturing facility in St. Francis, Wisconsin.
This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys working alongside a small team, troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and improving equipment reliability. With a team of just 2–3 maintenance colleagues, this manager will be close to the day-to-day operation and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant performance.
This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a hands-on maintenance leadership role. You’ll work closely with a small team and plant operations to keep equipment running reliably, reduce downtime, solve recurring problems, and continuously improve how maintenance gets done.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $94,400.00 - $160,700.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between94,400.00 to96,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
