Mō te tūranga | About the role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front and help deliver Good Work every day. You’ll plan and organise work safely, make sure people, plant and materials are ready to go, and keep jobs moving with quality, efficiency and care. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide crews, support performance, and help create a safe, productive work environment.
You’ll be trusted to make good calls on site, back your team, and keep standards high when it counts. If you like practical work, leading people, and getting stuck in without the corporate fluff, this could be a great fit.

At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is more than what we deliver. It’s how we show up, how we treat each other, and how we keep moving forward together. We’re not big on ego or red tape, we’re focused on doing the job well. We take the work seriously, not ourselves.
You’ll join a team that backs each other, values ideas over titles, and knows when to have a laugh and when to switch on. We set high standards, support growth, and give people the chance to build a strong career while doing work that matters.
