The Opportunity
The ShopBack Management Associate Program is a 24-month rotational experience designed to develop future leaders. You'll gain exposure to multiple teams, tackle high-impact challenges, and work directly with leaders across the company.
This is not your average graduate program. We're looking for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are energized by big goals — because you won't just learn from us, you'll help shape what's next.
This track is designed for talents who are ready to take their career regional, specifically for the Southeast Asia markets. You'll begin your journey at our Singapore HQ before returning to Thailand hub for the remainder of the program — building first-hand experience of how ShopBack scales across different SEA markets. You’ll also be travelling to other regional markets beyond SEA depending on business exposure and needs.
Now, we're inviting fresh graduates and early-career talent to embark on a growth journey with us — and help reimagine the future of rewards in an AI-native era.

ShopBacker Traits
- Agency - We take ownership and act, rather than waiting for permission. When something's blocking progress, we find a way through it and follow through until it's done.
- Judgement - We aim for high-impact decisions, not just easy wins, and we put the bigger picture ahead of individual interests. That means moving quickly and confidently, while staying thoughtful about when a call really matters.
- Learning Velocity - We pick up new skills fast and let go of old habits just as quickly when something better comes along. We benchmark ourselves against the best and keep raising our own bar.
- Tenacity - We stay in it when things get hard, keeping a level head under pressure. We debate openly before deciding, then commit fully — and support each other along the way.
