Job Description

As Manager, AI-augmented Global Accounts Payable you will lead and transform a multi-regional Accounts Payable team in an AI-driven Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environment. Build intelligent AP operations using AI, automation, advanced analytics, and modern processes to optimize working capital, manage spend, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business value.

You will work in a hybrid model from our Katowice office and report directly to the Global Process Owner – Procure to Pay. You will lead an organization of approximately 70 professionals, with 5+ direct reports, and significant global reach.

Your Responsibilities:

• Expand AI adoption in Accounts Payable processes; scale use cases in invoice handling, master data quality, supplier interaction, and analytics
• Shift from rule-based automation to agentic AI solutions for autonomous operations
• Align technology roadmap with IT, Digital, and P2P leaders
• Redesign AP processes for touchless, standardized workflows and enhanced value creation
• Develop real-time AP analytics and reporting for Finance leadership
• Maintain strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence
• Oversee month-end close, audits, and financial reporting for AP
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers, positioning AP as a strategic advisor
• Lead and develop AP teams; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvemen

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 5+ years AP experience; at least 3 years in managerial or global roles
• Proven background in process transformation and digital initiatives
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experienced with ERP systems, AP platforms, and finance tools
• Analytical and data-driven approach
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
