Get to know our team

The B2B Digital Marketing team sits within Agoda’s B2B Marketing organization and is responsible for delivering high‑quality, scalable marketing campaigns for our partners across B2B2C channels. We work closely with Commercial, Product, Data, and regional Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are efficiently executed, performance is clearly measured, and partners receive actionable, data‑driven recommendations that drive value for both Agoda and our partners.

Our mission is to balance operational excellence with growth impact — building repeatable, scalable frameworks that allow us to support dozens of partners at once, while still delivering insights tailored to each partner’s performance and business context.

The role

As Manager, B2B Digital Marketing, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing delivery for partner campaigns, manage a small team, and play a critical role in shaping how we operate and scale partner marketing. This role sits at the intersection of people management, analytics, process optimization, and value creation. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently, while also continuously improving performance through insight‑driven recommendations, standardized frameworks, and better tools.

What you will be doing

Campaign Delivery & Partner Marketing

• Own the delivery of B2B partner marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and consistent standards.
• Oversee campaign planning, setup, monitoring, and post‑campaign analysis.
• Ensure partners receive clear insights on performance and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.

Process Management & Optimization

• Design, improve, and document end‑to‑end marketing delivery processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and output quality.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement through tooling, automation, and clearer workflows.
• Establish SLAs, quality checks, and governance to ensure campaigns run smoothly at scale.

Analytics, Insights & Value Creation

• Analyze campaign performance to understand what works, what doesn’t, and why.
• Identify drivers of success across partners and campaign types (e.g., formats, targeting, budget allocation, creatives).
• Translate insights into practical recommendations that increase campaign effectiveness and average value per partner.
• Use data to prioritize efforts and guide partners toward higher‑impact marketing actions.

Scalable Frameworks & Tooling

• Build standardized frameworks, playbooks, and tools that allow the team to manage and improve tens of partners simultaneously.
• Balance standardization with flexibility by enabling customizable recommendations based on partner performance data and business context.
• Partner with Data, Product, and Marketing Ops to scale solutions through dashboards, templates, and self‑serve tools where possible.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Manage, coach, and develop 2 direct reports; set clear goals, structures, and feedback loops.
• Communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners, simplifying complex data into clear narratives and next steps.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for B2B marketing delivery and performance discussions.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in data‑driven marketing, operations, analytics, consulting, or growth roles, ideally in tech, e‑commerce, travel, or B2B environments.
• Consulting experience is a strong plus
• Strong SQL skills (must‑have) with the ability to independently analyze large datasets and draw clear conclusions.
• Proven experience improving processes, frameworks, or operating models in a complex or scaling environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business impact and practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence, educate, and align both internal teams and partners.
• People management experience or clear readiness to manage and develop others.
• Bachelor’s degree

It’s great if you have

• Background in management consulting, internal strategy, or operations excellence roles.
• Experience building standardized playbooks or scalable partner programs.
• Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and experimentation concepts.
• Experience working with dashboards (e.g., Tableau or similar BI tools).
• Exposure to B2B, affiliate, partner marketing, or marketplace models.
