This includes direct ownership of the preparation and quality of key materials and meeting outputs, such as agendas, presentations, decisions, and follow-through. They bring a high level of ownership to every detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks by closing loops and maintaining accountability across stakeholders.

This Manager plays a critical role in translating direction into execution and bringing structure, follow-through, and consistency to how the CEO engages with the business.
