Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions and approvals.
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. What's in it for you?
As a Data Platform Manager, you will own the strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and roadmap for the modern data platform that enables trusted data products, digital applications, analytics, and AI across Orthopedics. You will lead the Data Foundation initiative to overhaul the current data ecosystem and establish a scalable lakehouse using Databricks, cloud services, and medallion architecture.
You will create reusable ingestion, transformation, testing, governance, and observability capabilities that allow teams to onboard data and deliver business-ready products consistently and efficiently. You will also provide technical leadership for business separation activities, ensuring platform continuity and alignment with future-state interpersonal needs.
This role combines strategic platform ownership with hands-on technical leadership, people and vendor management, and multi-functional partnership. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€70,100.00 - €121,210.00
