Manager, HR Business Partnering (1-year Contract)

Job Description

You will support the delivery of HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with business objectives, partnering with business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence to drive effective people solutions. This role focuses on day-to-day HR business partnering, talent management, and employee engagement, while contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.           Business Partnering & Advisory

• Partner with business units to provide HR advisory support on people-related matters.
• Support workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies and practices.

2.           Talent Management and Development:

• Support talent review processes, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Work with managers to identify development needs and support implementation of development plans.
• Contribute to building a sustainable talent pipeline within assigned business units.

3.           Performance and Compensation:

• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and year-end reviews.
• Partner with the Rewards team to support compensation exercises and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and employee issues.

4.           Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance organisational culture and morale.
• Address employee relations matters with guidance from senior HRBPs where required.
• Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.

5.           HR Projects & Initiatives

• Participate in HR projects such as system implementations, policy reviews, or process improvements.
• Support data gathering and analysis to provide insights for HR decision-making.
