Manager Implementation Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Manager Implementation Planning to join our team and act as the bridge between strategy, media planning, digital expertise, and client relationships. You are an experienced professional who can translate complex communication strategies into flawless tactical planning and execution.

You combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset and excel at building sustainable relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You take ownership, inspire teams, and provide clear direction while maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate integrated media and digital plans for one of our largest clients.
• Translate strategic recommendations into concrete and actionable media plans.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and build strong long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate the implementation of campaigns across multiple media channels.
• Work closely with specialists in activation, communication planning, data & analytics, and client teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and develop optimization recommendations based on data and insights.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are managed throughout the planning process.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members and contribute to their professional development.

Your profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in media, digital planning, or client services.
• Strong knowledge of digital media and today’s media landscape.
• Experience in a client-facing environment and managing complex client relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the credibility to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
• Collaborative and approachable, while remaining assertive and decisive when required.
• Comfortable taking ownership, embracing challenges, and maintaining oversight in demanding situations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong asset.
