We are looking for a high-potential, multi-skilled professional to join our IT Risk and Technology Consulting practice and contribute to its continued growth. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will manage increasingly IT Audit and Assurance engagements and play an active role in operational leadership (10 people).
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of IT audit and digital risk engagements.
- Ensure high-quality, timely, and value-added delivery while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and engagement success.
- Participate in the continuous enhancement of methodologies, audit approaches, and service offerings to address evolving market and regulatory expectations
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of assignments, from engagement planning to execution, team coordination, and client delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, Heads of Internal Audit, Risk Managers, and executive management.
- Contribute to business development activities by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding existing client portfolio.
- Support the growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead or contribute workgroups and communities at Forvis Mazars Group level, supporting knowledge sharing, innovation, and service offering development.
Main competencies
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Audit (Internal & External Audit), IT Risk Management, and ISO 27001.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, combined with a rigorous and investigative mindset to identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Proactive and forward-thinking professional with the ability to drive initiatives, and effectively navigate complex and rapidly evolving environments.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead multiple engagements autonomously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

- Experience with data analytics, data-driven auditing, and the use of technology-enabled audit techniques is considered a strong asset
Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven track record gained within a recognized audit firm serving the Luxembourg market, ideally with exposure to the financial services industry.
- Experience in delivering IT Audit and Assurance engagements, including ITGC reviews, ISAE 3000/3402 reports, SOC 1/SOC 2 reporting, and SOX-related assessments.
- Relevant professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executives, challenge stakeholders constructively, and deliver pragmatic, value-driven recommendations.
- Leadership mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine passion for helping organizations strengthen their digital trust, resilience, and security posture.
