About the role
The Manager of CRO owns conversion growth across ClassPass’s Consumer and Partner websites. This is a commercial, insight-led role: you’ll find the biggest opportunities, decide what we test and in what order, and make the case in terms of revenue, not just conversion rate.
You’ll lead four CRO Developers across B2C and B2B who build and test in our codebase and ship net-new web experiences, from page redesigns to programmatic page systems. You set the direction (hypotheses, priorities, target experience, and measurement), with enough technical fluency to scope work with developers and engineering and to tell a quick test from a quarter-long build.
You’ll treat the website as one part of the customer journey, connecting it to paid media, audiences, lifecycle, and brand messaging.
