You will own Firefly's order-to-cash desk end to end - from credit approval and contract setup through invoicing, cash, collections, revenue and month-end reconciliations. Just as importantly, you will help us rebuild the desk around AI. We are actively automating manual work with AI tools and integrations, and we want someone who is excited to design, test and run those new workflows, not just process transactions.

- Support the annual financial audit for AR and revenue.
AI & automation
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude) every day to speed up research, reconciliations, customer communication and reporting.
